About the RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on Marketing & Growth Manager to drive growth across performance marketing, lead generation, content, organic growth, WhatsApp/CRM, AI and automation.

The ideal candidate should be able to identify opportunities, execute campaigns, analyse results and optimise for measurable business outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan and execute Meta & Google Ads campaigns for lead generation.
- Drive lead quality, CPL, conversion and marketing ROI.
- Identify and execute SEO & organic growth opportunities.
- Develop content, campaign ideas, creative concepts and growth experiments.




- Work with creative/content/video teams to drive campaign execution.
- Build lead nurturing, reactivation and WhatsApp/email marketing initiatives.
- Use CRM, AI tools and automation to improve marketing efficiency and conversions.
- Analyse campaign, funnel and lead performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead-to-meeting and lead-to-conversion.
- Own marketing initiatives from strategy → execution → measurement → optimisation.
