Role Description The Marketing Expert will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote My Realestate’s services and strengthen brand presence in the Indian real estate market. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida includes planning and managing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, coordinating social media marketing, and supporting sales initiatives with targeted marketing collateral. Day-to-day activities involve analyzing market trends, identifying customer segments, optimizing lead generation,



and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging.

The Marketing

Expert will also track campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend data-driven improvements to increase engagement and conversions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Marketing and Marketing Strategy skills, with experience in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including the ability to create explicit, persuasive messaging for diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills to manage and grow brand presence across key platforms.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including understanding of lead generation, conversion funnels, and sales support activities.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate or property-related marketing is highly beneficial.
- Ability to use marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and basic design or content tools is an advantage.
