Prime Food and Beverage Pvt. Ltd. runs Shazzy Shawarma and The Tandoori Startup across Kolkata and Serampore, and we are opening two more outlets in Barrackpore this October. We are a small, fast-moving team, and this role reports directly to the founder.
About the role
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to own our online growth: aggregator performance, customer retention and social media across all outlets.
What you'll do
- Manage our presence on Swiggy and Zomato for every outlet, including listings, menus, offers, ads, ratings and reviews
- Run our CRM (Reelo) and plan repeat-customer and win-back campaigns
- Manage our Instagram and Facebook pages, from content planning to posting and engagement
- Share a weekly report on online sales,
ratings and return on ad spend, with clear actions for the week ahead
What we're looking for
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on Swiggy/Zomato experience at a restaurant, cloud kitchen or aggregator
- Comfortable with numbers and Google Sheets; working knowledge of Canva
- Willing to travel between outlets in Kolkata, Serampore and Barrackpore
- Bengali and/or Hindi is a plus

- CTC of ₹2.5 to 3.5 LPA, based on experience
