Position Mission:

This role's primary goal is to manage the IMS brand’s digital footprint.

The person will be responsible for engaging with the target audience for sales and employer branding activities; and must work on research for sales and promotional blogs, e-shots, infographics, and video scripts.

Responsibilities:

- Managing social media for IMS brands
- Working on research for sales and promotional blogs, e-shots, infographics, and video scripts to engage with the target audience for sales and employer branding activities
- Researching and analyzing competitors to identify the best social media and digital marketing practices
- Working closely with the Operations team to achieve business goals regarding brand awareness and lead generation
- Overseeing the digital footprints of the IMS brand
- Creating and monitoring paid campaigns




- Working on research for sales and promotional blogs, e-shots, infographics, and video scripts to engage with the target audience for sales and employer branding activities
- Managing and coordinating to keep all the websites updated
- Generating new ideas for social media
- Content writing (basic understanding of trends, hashtags, and copywriting)
- Researching and Reporting

Essential Functions:

- Proven track record in developing successful marketing campaigns (e-mail marketing, social media marketing, content marketing)
- Solid understanding of market research methods and keywords

Qualifications, Experience & Required Skills

- Post-graduate in Management, with specialization in marketing/branding
- 1 - 1.5 years
- Experience in brand building/enhancing, marketing, and advertising
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to think strategically to achieve business goals
- Basic content writing skills
- Strong analytical and organization skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Dedicated, enthusiastic, self-motivated, proactive, and diligent
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
