Marketing Executive – Field Sales

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive – Field to join our team in Srikakulam. The role involves developing dealer relationships, generating sales, expanding the market, and achieving assigned sales targets through effective field activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit existing and potential dealers regularly and develop strong business relationships.
- Identify new dealers and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Generate orders and achieve monthly and daily sales targets.
- Understand dealer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up on quotations, enquiries, orders, payments and collections.
- Maintain regular contact with dealers and ensure repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Plan daily field visits based on dealer potential and business opportunities.
- Submit regular sales and market activity reports to the management.




- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order execution and customer service.

Candidate Profile

- Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma.
- Freshers can apply; candidates with 0–2 years of field sales/marketing experience will be preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Positive attitude, confidence and willingness to learn.
- Ability to build relationships and convert opportunities into sales.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Candidates with experience in building materials, plumbing, pipes, construction materials or related industries will be an added advantage.
