– MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Position: Marketing Executive – Business Development & Sales

Location: Hadapsar, Pune Office

Department: Marketing & Sales

Reporting To: Senior Marketing Management Team

Educational Qualification

- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgy
- Technical background in steel / allied products preferred.

Experience
- Fresher or 1–2 years’ relevant experience
- B2B industrial marketing experience preferred.

Age
- Below 25 years

Key Responsibilities
- Promote Alloy Steel Bars, Wire Rods & Long Steel Products.
- Generate new B2B enquiries and develop customers.
- Conduct customer visits and understand customer requirements.
- Prepare techno-commercial offers and follow up for orders.
- Coordinate order execution with internal teams.
- Maintain customer relationships and follow up for payments.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain Sales MIS.




- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Candidate Profile
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in B2B industrial sales & marketing.
- Willingness to travel and meet customers.
- Basic technical knowledge of engineering / metallurgy.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
- Strong follow-up, learning, and teamwork abilities.
