? About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Executive – B2B Marketing & Lead Generation to take ownership of marketing initiatives for our consulting business.

The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B marketing, LinkedIn marketing, lead generation, digital marketing, professional services, IT, cybersecurity, consulting or technology and should be comfortable converting technical/consulting offerings into clear marketing communication.

? Key Responsibilities / KRA

- Plan and execute monthly B2B marketing campaigns for consulting services.
- Manage LinkedIn marketing, content, networking and lead generation activities.
- Identify and engage potential clients, partners and decision-makers through LinkedIn.
- Build and manage LinkedIn-based affiliate and referral partnerships.
- Identify relevant consultants, professionals, creators and communities for partnership opportunities.
- Generate and nurture qualified B2B leads.
- Track leads, conversions, campaign performance and marketing ROI.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research.




- Coordinate with sales and internal teams to support business growth.
- Prepare marketing reports and monitor KPIs and campaign performance.
- Develop clear marketing communication around cybersecurity, consulting, GRC, data privacy and technology services.

- Ability to understand technical/consulting concepts and convert them into straightforward, engaging marketing communication.
- Ability to independently manage multiple marketing activities.
- Comfortable working with marketing tools, analytics platforms, CRM/email marketing platforms, Canva and AI tools.
