Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Coordinator to coordinate with freelancers, clients, and internal teams. The candidate will manage marketing activities, follow up with clients, coordinate freelance professionals, track project progress, and ensure timely completion of marketing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with freelancers, clients, and marketing team members.
- Communicate with clients regarding requirements, updates, feedback, and timelines.
- Assign and coordinate work with freelance designers, photographers, content creators, and other marketing professionals.
- Follow up with freelancers to ensure timely delivery of assigned work.
- Maintain records of client requirements, quotations, orders, projects, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate social media, digital marketing, promotional, and branding activities.
- Collect client feedback and communicate changes to the concerned freelancer/team.
- Prepare regular marketing activity and project status reports.
- Support lead generation and client relationship management.
- Coordinate with sales, production, design, and management teams when required.




- Ensure all marketing materials are completed according to company requirements and timelines.

Required Skills
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, and WhatsApp.
- Ability to manage multiple freelancers and projects.
- Strong follow-up and time-management skills.
- Client handling and relationship management skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.
- Good English, Hindi, and Gujarati communication skills.

Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in marketing coordination, client coordination, agency, or similar role.
- Freshers with good communication and coordination skills may also be considered.

- Timely completion of marketing projects.
- Freelancer coordination and delivery performance.
- Client response and follow-up.
- Number of leads/projects coordinated.
- Quality and accuracy of marketing activities.
- Timely reporting and documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
