About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and communication-focused Marketing Automation Intern to join our marketing and sales team.

This is a marketing role, not an IT or software development role.

You will be responsible for managing incoming leads, following up with prospects, making calls, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring that leads move smoothly through the marketing and sales funnel.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with people, making calls, following up consistently, and working with CRM, WhatsApp, email, and other marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, webinars, ads, and other sources.
- Make calls to leads and understand their requirements, interests, and level of intent.
- Communicate with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Manage and update lead information in the CRM.
- Ensure that leads are contacted on time and followed up consistently.
- Coordinate with the sales team and share relevant lead information.
- Track lead status and update the sales/marketing pipeline.
- Assist in setting up and managing marketing follow-up sequences.
- Help manage WhatsApp, email, and other lead communication workflows.
- Ensure that no qualified lead is missed or left without follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Monitor lead responses and escalate high-intent leads to the sales team.
- Assist the marketing team with webinar and campaign follow-ups.




- Support the team in improving lead follow-up processes and conversion rates.

- Basic understanding of marketing and sales funnels.

- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups at the same time.
- Good attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Valuable to Have

- Previous experience in sales, telecalling, lead generation, or customer support.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
- Experience with WhatsApp or email marketing tools.
- Understanding of webinars, lead generation, or marketing funnels.
- Experience handling inbound leads or following up with prospects.
- Familiarity with tools such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zoho, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, or similar platforms.
