POSSPOLE Catalyst is looking for a confident, articulate, and proactive Marketing & Client Engagement Intern to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, presenting ideas, building relationships, and representing a brand in external interactions.

As part of the Catalyst team, you will play a key role in front-end communication, institutional outreach, client interactions, field visits, and program briefings.

What You'll Do

- Represent POSSPOLE Catalyst during college visits, meetings, seminars, and outreach activities.
- Conduct program briefings and presentations for students, institutions, and prospective stakeholders.
- Communicate the Catalyst proposition clearly and confidently to prospective clients and partners.
- Support marketing, institutional outreach, and lead-generation activities.
- Coordinate and follow up with colleges, institutions, students, and external stakeholders.
- Participate in field visits and on-ground outreach initiatives.
- Handle initial client/stakeholder conversations and coordinate internally for further discussions.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective institutions and partners.
- Support Catalyst events, workshops, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Maintain records of leads, meetings, visits, and follow-ups.
- Work closely with the Catalyst team to support outreach and business-development objectives.

What We're Looking For

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in interacting with clients, college representatives, students, and external stakeholders.
- Interest in Marketing, Business Development,



Client Engagement, or Education/EdTech.
- Comfortable with field visits and face-to-face interactions.
- Ability to understand and communicate a program or proposition effectively.
- Proactive, energetic, and willing to take ownership.
- Solid follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Freshers and students/recent graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.

Preferred Background Students or graduates from:

MBA / PGDM | BBA / BBM | B.Com | BA | B.Sc. | Any relevant discipline

Prior experience in marketing, sales, business development, campus outreach, or client engagement will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
