We are building an ecosystem connecting artists, creators, brands, event organisers, colleges, agencies and businesses — with a focus on direct connections and zero commission.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Marcomm – Events, Outreach & Collaborations professional who can help Stars N Celebs expand its presence through events, partnerships, collaborations and strategic outreach.

This is not a desk-only marketing role.

You will be expected to identify opportunities, initiate conversations, build relationships, pitch collaborations and help convert them into tangible outcomes for Stars N Celebs.

Key Responsibilities

- Events & Activations
- Identify colleges, festivals, cultural events, fashion shows, talent competitions and performing-arts events where SNC can participate or collaborate.
- Explore opportunities for SNC to become a sponsor, partner, associate partner or talent/artist ecosystem partner.
- Coordinate with event organisers and institutions.
- Assist in developing and executing SNC-owned events and IPs.
- Explore opportunities to bring artists, creators and influencers into SNC events and activations.
- Help develop event concepts that create both visibility and business value.
- Outreach & Partnerships
- Build relationships with:
- Colleges & universities
- Student clubs and cultural committees
- Event organisers
- Brands
- Agencies
- Fashion & entertainment organisations
- Creator/influencer communities
- Performing-arts groups
- Media and publication platforms
- Initiate communication through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email,



calls and meetings.
- Pitch SNC's platform, events and collaboration opportunities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and relationship pipelines.
- Collaborations
- Identify potential collaboration opportunities with brands, creators, influencers, agencies and organisations.
- Develop mutually beneficial collaboration proposals.
- Explore barter, sponsorship, co-branding, content and event collaborations.
- Coordinate internally to ensure collaborations are executed professionally.
- Build long-term relationships rather than one-time contacts.
- Marcomm
- Support the development of marketing communication material including:
- Partnership proposals
- Sponsorship decks
- Event presentations
- Collaboration proposals
- Posters and digital creatives
- Outreach messages
- Event communication
- Ensure SNC's communication remains professional, consistent and aligned with the brand.
- Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify potential clients, sponsors, partners and subscribers through outreach activities.
- Generate qualified leads for SNC's various initiatives.
- Track conversations, follow-ups and outcomes.
- Convert relationships into measurable opportunities wherever possible.

- Confident in making calls, sending messages and requesting meetings.
- Able to pitch an idea clearly and professionally.

- Interested in events, entertainment, fashion, creators, media, marketing or performing arts.




- Good at research and identifying the right people to approach.
- Willing to follow up persistently and professionally.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment where responsibilities can evolve.

An Important Requirement

Your network matters, but your ability to build a network matters more.

Existing relationships with colleges, event organisers, brands, agencies, creators, student organisations or entertainment communities will be an advantage.

However, candidates without an existing network can also apply if they can demonstrate strong communication, research and outreach abilities.

Performance Indicators The role will be evaluated on measurable outcomes such as:
