Responsibilities Capacity Ramp up planning and execution Cordination with Supplier for Line installation and Prove out Meeting the target timelines Exploring ,Benchmarking and implementing current technology and automate process Draft and design layout of equipment, materials and workspaces to ensure maximum efficiency Budget estimation Plan and establish sequence of operations to promote efficient utilization Collaborating with other business units Functional Competencies SOR preparation Cost benefit analysis Quote in depth understanding and detailing Process Flow design of Battery pack line Process Layout design Deep understanding of Product and Process O/P requirements Design control systems to minimize and increase productivity Develop standards for production and design inputs by working with CFT General Requirements Working Knowledge in over all Battery pack line Working knowledge in End off line and test rigs Working knowledge of ergonomic methods training & application Working knowledge of TPM Advanced skills with the Internet, data entry, spreadsheets, and word processing, specifically with Microsoft Word and Excel Experience in project management Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Education Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Industry Preferred EV/Automotive-Battery Pack line Experience 12 to 15 Years Experience Level Mid Level
