Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced LED Driver Manufacturing Engineer/Technician to support the manufacturing, testing, troubleshooting, and development of LED drivers and related electrical components.

The candidate will work closely with the Electrical, R&D;, and Production teams to ensure reliable product performance, quality, and compliance with applicable industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manufacture, assemble, and test LED drivers and power supply units.
- Handle PCB assembly, soldering, component identification, and electrical testing.
- Conduct testing, validation, troubleshooting, and fault analysis of LED driver circuits.
- Diagnose and rectify issues related to LED drivers, SMPS, PCB assemblies, and electrical components.
- Assist in development and improvement of LED driver designs.




- Ensure compliance with applicable IS/IEC standards and electrical safety requirements.
- Operate and maintain testing equipment used for driver testing and validation.
- Coordinate with R&D; and Production teams for new product development and production improvements.
- Prepare technical documentation, test reports, production records, and quality reports.
- Support production teams in resolving manufacturing and electrical issues.
- Provide technical support during product installation, commissioning, and after-sales service when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Experience: 3–6 years in LED driver manufacturing, SMPS, power supplies, LED lighting, or related electrical/electronic products.
- Good knowledge of LED drivers, SMPS, PCB circuits, electronic components, and power supplies.
- Experience in electrical and electronic testing equipment.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting and fault finding in LED driver circuits.
- Basic understanding of PCB assembly and component testing.
- Knowledge of applicable IS/IEC standards will be an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with R&D;, Production, and Quality teams.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
