Role Description The Management Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Lodhika. This position is responsible for overseeing implementation and maintenance of quality management systems, ensuring compliance with relevant certifications and standards, and coordinating internal and external audits.

The Management

Representative will liaise between senior leadership and operational teams, monitor key performance indicators, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across production and administrative functions.



Daily tasks include documenting and reviewing processes, addressing customer requirements and feedback, supporting project managers with large orders, and preparing regular reports for management on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The role also involves facilitating training related to quality, safety, and process adherence, and promoting the company’s core values in all interactions.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in quality management systems, audit coordination, and compliance with ISO or similar industrial standards.
- Background in manufacturing or foundry operations, preferably in investment casting or related metalworking industries.
- Solid skills in process documentation, data analysis, and reporting for management review and decision-making.
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and project management.
- Proven capability in problem-solving, continuous improvement, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in engineering, industrial management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Metoda, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with customer-focused practices and long-term relationship management in an industrial setting.
