The consultant will be part of this team focusing on developing Packaging Advisory directly, working on consulting and value-added projects at client locations.

- Establish TCS thought leadership in the market, among the peers and customer stakeholders by creating

Point of View, attending events, presenting papers, etc.

- Able to Facilitate discussions with Global clients to elaborate on the areas proposed improvements.
- Proactively Support Global Sales team on the Business development activities such as pursuit development and RFP solutioning, proposal writing and presentation.
- Participating & Executing Projects with activities such as a. Facilitate discussions with the existing and recent client to elaborate on the areas proposed improvements, building process understanding b. Define the problem concisely and hypothesize the proposed solution c. Develop and present a plan to implement the recommended changes.

d. Provide clients with guidance regarding business process optimizations to improve operational business capabilities.

e. Identifies business impacts and works to resolve scope and boundary issues.

- Able to perform Market Research and Analysis that we can present to clients.

Expected to bring the following Knowledge and Skills

- At least 12+ years of Working Industry Experience or Consulting in Packaging Industries only
- Must have a Deep working knowledge across 01-02 Business functions like Research & Development,

Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Production Quality, Sales or Service or Sustainability.





- Worked on various Process Improvement Programs across the above functions.
- Able to Analyze Industry data at basic |advanced level to provide meaningful insights for decision making including drive related analysis including company benchmarking.
- Must have exposure to at least one ERP Technology platform as applied to Industry
- Have exposure to Digital Technologies like AI, Analytics, Cloud, Automation, Digital, etc.
- Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to Independently structure and manage intensive workloads.
- Able to collaborate with Technology & Sales Team, dedicated to contributing toward the outcome desired by the team.
- High degree of emotional intelligence to effectively deal with increasingly diverse clients and teams.
- Confidence and maturity to collaborate with senior client executives.

Qualifications: (Please list all required qualifications)

- UG: B.Sc. & MSc or BTech / MTech in Packaging Science Technology Engineering Mathematics
- PG: Mandatory MBA Marketing, Operations, Finance etc, or Any Technical [ 2 nd Degree is a MUST ]
