- Procurement & Sourcing

- Identify and evaluate suppliers for construction materials (RCC & Finishing material) required for residential projects.
- Develop and maintain a preferred vendor database.
- Should have knowledge of ISO compliances

2. Vendor Management
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers.
- Build long-term supplier relationships with vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- Resolve disputes related to supply, quality, or pricing.

3. Cost Control & Budgeting
- Prepare procurement budgets in coordination with the project teams.
- Conduct comparative cost analysis and rate benchmarking.
- Ensure purchases stay within approved budgets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

4. Documentation Management
- Draft and review purchase orders with terms & conditions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Coordinate with HOD for PO approvals.

5. Inventory & Logistics Coordination




- Monitor inventory levels at project sites.
- Avoid shortages or overstock situations.
- Track delivery schedules and ensure on-time supply.

6. Coordination with Internal Teams
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and finance teams.
- Understand project specifications and material requirements.
- 7. Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure materials meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct or coordinate inspections and quality checks.
- Ensure compliance with local real estate and construction regulations.

Required Qualifications:
- Should be Graduate. MBA / EMBA in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- 10 - 12 years of procurement experience (preferably in real estate or construction).
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of construction materials and market rates.
- Familiarity with Farvision software and procurement software.
- Positive communication and leadership abilities.
