Job Overview

This role is responsible for managing SAP FICO support and implementation in a complex IT landscape where SAP ERP is integrated with applications such as Hyperion (Business Consolidation) and PF systems. The position requires strong financial domain expertise, SAP configuration experience, and the ability to support business-critical processes while driving system enhancements. Experience with Hyperion is an added advantage.

Internal: Corporate Finance & MIS, Business Finance, SCM, Marketing, GBSS, Procurement, HR

External: Auditors

Reporting Structure

- Reports to: General Manager – SAP Support & Special Projects

Qualifications

- Commerce or Finance Graduate with MBA (Finance)
- Preferred: Intermediate CA / Intermediate CMA

Experience

- 3–4 years of end-to-end SAP FICO implementation experience
- Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA

Skills & Competencies





- Strong domain knowledge in Finance and Costing
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and TCS
- Robust expertise in SAP FICO (ECC & S/4 HANA)
- Knowledge of SAP Best Practices
- Project management skills including planning, coordination, scheduling, and documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management

Key Responsibilities

- Provide SAP FICO support and manage enhancements
- Design, configure, and integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules
- Lead project planning and implementation based on business requirements
- Manage vendor resources for SAP support and project execution
- Develop and deliver end-user training and documentation
- Document SAP processes, systems, and configurations
- Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Develop system specifications aligned with business needs
- Identify and implement cost-effective system solutions
