We are looking for an experienced R&D; Manager to lead innovation in nutraceuticals, wellness, and Ayurvedic product development. The role involves owning product formulation end-to-end — from concept briefs to pilot-scale execution — including botanical extraction and phytochemical standardization. You will ensure compliance with FSSAI and global standards, manage safety documentation, and validate shelf-life for nutraceutical and wellness products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead product formulation from concept to pilot-scale, including botanical extraction and phytochemical standardization.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and international regulatory standards.
- Prepare and maintain safety documentation and conduct shelf-life validation studies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support innovation in nutraceuticals, wellness, and Ayurvedic products.




- Oversee export documentation, labeling requirements, and global compliance processes.

Skills and Qualifications : Master’s/PhD in Life Sciences, Food Technology, Chemistry, Phytochemistry, or Pharmacy .

5–10+ years of R&D; experience in botanicals, supplements, nutraceuticals, or Ayurvedic formulations.

Robust knowledge of FSSAI and global compliance standards.

Experience in export documentation and labeling requirements.

Proven expertise in product development, safety validation, and regulatory documentation.
