As a Senior Consultant in our SAP Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention of exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure).
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage expectations and communicate project progress effectively.
- Conduct status meetings, steering committee reviews, and reporting.
- Risk & Issue Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.




- Develop contingency plans and track risk mitigation actions.
- Ensure timely resolution of project escalations.
- Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead cross-functional teams including functional, technical, and business stakeholders.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure accountability.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team workplace.
- Budget & Resource Management
- Manage project budgets, cost estimations, and financial tracking.
- Optimize resource utilization and track project expenses.
- Ensure adherence to financial governance and controls.
- Quality Assurance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, methodologies, and best practices (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
- Monitor deliverables and ensure compliance with organizational and client standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness.
- Reporting & Communication
- Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Provide visibility into project health, risks, and outcomes.
- Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
