Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing, payment terms, service levels, and contractual agreements.

➢ Establish long-term supplier partnerships and conduct periodic supplier performance reviews.

➢ Monitor market trends, commodity pricing, and supply risks to proactively manage procurement costs.

➢ Collaborate with Production Planning, Stores, and Supply Chain teams to ensure optimum inventory levels and uninterrupted operations.

➢ Monitor inventory, consumption trends, reorder levels, and demand forecasts to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.

➢ Oversee purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contract management, and supplier compliance processes.

➢ Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials in accordance with production and project requirements.





➢ Ensure all purchased materials and services comply with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company specifications.

➢ Work closely with Quality Assurance and Regulatory teams during supplier qualification and audits.

➢ Coordinate with logistics, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and suppliers to ensure smooth import and export operations.

➢ Partner with Manufacturing, R&D;, Quality, Finance, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to align procurement activities with business priorities.

➢ Support recent product development initiatives through timely sourcing of materials and vendor identification.
