Role & responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and available capacity.

- Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure timely execution of the production schedule.

- Monitor actual production against the plan and adjust schedules as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Production Management, or related field.

- Diploma in Production Planning / Supply Chain Management is an advantage.

- 2–5 years of experience in PPIC, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG manufacturing industry.

- Strong knowledge of production planning, MRP, and inventory control.

- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Positive communication and coordination abilities.

- Knowledge of GMP and ISO standards.
