About the Role

We are looking for a Print Operations -Manager to join our Media Operations team. The role will be responsible for the end-to-end execution, monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting of Print campaigns, while coordinating closely with planning teams, publications, and other media partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day Print campaign operations and execution.
- Release and track Release Orders (ROs) as per approved media plans.
- Coordinate with Publications, and internal teams for smooth campaign execution.
- Ensure campaigns go live as per the approved publications, markets, dates, page positions, and schedules.
- Follow up with media partners for make-goods/compensatory ad wherever required.
- Handle campaign documentation & Co-ordinate for material delivery, creative changes
- Prepare regular campaign reports, ad monitoring reports, and reconciliation reports.




- Support the team with billing reconciliation and ensure invoices are aligned with actual campaign deliveries.

Required Skills & Experience

- Good understanding Print operational processes.
- Familiarity with ROs, schedules, monitoring, make-goods, reconciliation, and billing processes.
- Robust working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced media agency environment.

Preferred Background Candidates from media agencies or advertising agencies with relevant offline media experience would be preferred.
