Strategic Roles & Responsibilities

Lead design planning and coordination across assigned projects.

Ensure leadership is consistently briefed on design status, risks, and delays.

Promote design excellence, buildability, and value engineering.

Operational Responsibilities

Manage design coordination during design, pre-construction, and construction phases.

Lead consultant appointments, design reviews, and approval processes.

Establish design schedules aligned with project milestones and budgets.

Drive value engineering initiatives and constructability reviews.

Educational Qualification

B.Arch / BE – Civil

Postgraduate qualification in Construction Management preferred
