Sales Manager – Jaipur

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives, manage the sales team and drive business growth.

Industry Preference: Construction / Building Materials / Architecture

Experience: 4–6 Years

Location: Jaipur

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
- Generate new business and identify potential projects.
- Build solid relationships with builders, contractors, architects and other key clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations and deal closures.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for market expansion.
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, conversions and overall team performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen the client network.
