Roles and Responsibilities

In-depth experience with Oracle Integration Cloud integrations for PeopleSoft and Fusion ERP/HCM Strong verbal and written articulation and presentation skills.

The candidate must have techno-functional expertise in the following OIC technologies:

- Designing, developing, and implementing OIC integration solutions using pre-built adapters, REST/SOAP web services, File-Based Data Import (FBDI), and HCM Data Loader (HDL).
- Handling transformations and orchestration of interfaces between systems.
- Implementing fault-handling and error-resolution mechanisms.
- Developing customizations using Visual Builder, APEX, or VBCS.
- Using SQL and PL/SQL for data manipulation.
- Working with Oracle Autonomous Database (ATP).
- Configuring OIC connections, including SOAP, REST, and FTP.
- Maintaining detailed technical documentation.
- Troubleshooting and support, including raising service requests,



coordinating with Oracle for issue resolution, and assisting with complex integration issues.

Required Experience and Competencies

- At least 2 implementation projects using the mandatory skills listed above, with demonstrated ability to work as an independent contributor.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree or related fields.
- Experience in client-facing roles and participation in customer requirements-gathering workshops.
- Solid written and verbal communication, personal drive, flexibility, teamwork, problem-solving, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience working in an Agile methodology.
- Exposure to Jira board management.
- Experience in test-cycle management.
