What you'll do:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.

- Own dark-store network design across multiple cities / regions, including coverage, density and expansion planning.
- Plan optimal store locations based on demand, customer density, existing network coverage and operational constraints.
- Design and optimize serviceability areas / polygons for individual dark stores.
- Identify coverage gaps and quantify incremental OPD / demand potential from current stores or network changes.
- Develop city-level network plans and scenarios for new-city launches and existing-city optimization.
- Work closely with Real Estate, Operations, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to translate network plans into store launches.




- Build and maintain standardized network planning frameworks, tools and dashboards.

What you'll need:

- 3–5 years of experience, preferably in q-commerce / food delivery / logistics network design.
- Strong hands-on experience in dark-store network planning, site coverage, serviceability and polygon design across multiple cities / regions.
- Experience working with large-scale network / demand datasets and translating data into actionable network decisions.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Big Query / SQL and Excel.
- Hands-on experience with network planning and geospatial tools, including: Google Maps / Google Maps layers for catchment, coverage and location analysis
- Big Query for analyzing demand, order and network data
- Other GIS / mapping / network-design tools
- New-generation AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc. to accelerate network analysis, modelling, data processing and automation
- Comfortable working independently with data and tools to build network models, rather than relying solely on central analytics / data science teams.
- Ability to communicate network recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders and drive execution with cross-functional teams.
