Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Maintenance & Service Sales to independently handle maintenance operations across the assigned region. The role involves managing maintenance projects, controlling resources and costs, ensuring quality and safety compliance, customer satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth execution of elevator and escalator maintenance activities.

Roles and Responsibilities

Project & Maintenance Management

- Independently manage maintenance operations for approximately 1000–1200 elevator/escalator units.
- Monitor and control maintenance projects, manpower, and equipment utilization.
- Ensure planned preventive maintenance and coded maintenance activities are completed efficiently.
- Handle variation orders, shipment schedules, and technical support activities.

Cost Control & Operational Efficiency

- Optimize resource utilization to control maintenance costs and achieve organizational targets.
- Monitor operational performance and ensure effective maintenance execution.
- Coordinate procurement activities and subcontractor operations.

Quality & Safety Management





- Ensure quality standards are maintained through regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
- Conduct safety meetings, inductions, patrols, and awareness activities for technicians and engineers.
- Coordinate with Quality and Safety departments for routine inspections and compliance.

Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain strong customer relationships through timely issue resolution and effective coordination.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt technical and maintenance support.

Team Management

- Lead and manage a team of Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians, and subcontractors.
- Guide teams on technical matters and operational improvements.
- Ensure team productivity, safety compliance, and performance management.

Coordination & Compliance

- Coordinate with installation teams for snag-free project handovers.
- Liaise with vendors for procurement, subcontracting, and manufacturing activities.
- Coordinate with government authorities such as PWD/CEIG for license renewals and inspections.
