What We’re Looking For
· 5–8 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations
· Experience in FMCG, D2C, Retail, E-commerce, or Consumer brands preferred
· Strong understanding of outbound logistics, transportation management, and warehouse coordination
· Hands-on experience working with transporters, 3PLs, and logistics aggregators
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Good understanding of MIS, operational reporting, and process governance
· Ability to work in a rapid-paced and evolving environment
· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
· Proficiency in Excel and operational systems/tools

Good to Have
· Exposure to Quick Commerce / E-commerce logistics
· Experience in scaling logistics operations for high-growth businesses
· Understanding of inventory movement, dispatch planning, and reverse logistics
· Exposure to ERP/WMS/TMS systems
