- Develop and implement organization-wide Learning & Development (L&D;) strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify training needs through performance reviews, competency mapping, and stakeholder interactions.
- Design and deliver training programs including onboarding, functional skills, behavioral skills, leadership development, and compliance training.
- Manage leadership development initiatives and succession planning programs.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external training vendors to deliver impactful learning solutions.
- Create and manage annual training calendars and budgets.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics; ensure continuous improvement.
- Drive digital learning initiatives, LMS management, and blended learning approaches.
- Mentor and guide the L&D; team and support trainers/facilitators.
