Relocation: Candidates based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate to Gurgaon.

ETPL (Ekta Telecommunication Pvt. Ltd.) is a trusted infrastructure solutions provider delivering end-to-end services across EV Charging Infrastructure, Telecom Infrastructure, Turnkey Projects, and Research & Consulting.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Learning & Development Manager to lead employee learning initiatives, training programs, capability development, and performance-focused development interventions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the organization’s Learning & Development strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify training and development needs through TNA, performance reviews, manager feedback, and business requirements.
- Design and execute structured training programs for employees across different functions and levels.
- Develop annual and monthly training calendars and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with internal trainers, external trainers, consultants, and subject matter experts.
- Create and maintain training content, presentations, learning modules, SOP-based training, and assessment material.
- Conduct induction and onboarding training programs for new employees.
- Design role-based learning programs based on employee responsibilities and competency requirements.
- Track employee participation, training completion, assessments, and post-training effectiveness.
- Establish mechanisms to measure training effectiveness, learning outcomes, and ROI.
- Work closely with department heads and managers to identify skill gaps and development priorities.
- Support the development of competency frameworks, career development plans, and succession initiatives.
- Maintain training MIS, dashboards, attendance records, feedback, assessment results,



and other L&D; documentation.
- Organize workshops, leadership development programs, soft-skills sessions, functional training, and behavioral development programs.
- Continuously evaluate new learning methods, tools, and industry practices to improve the organization's learning ecosystem.

What We're Looking For
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Training & Development, or HR.
- MBA/PGDM in HR, Organizational Development, or a relevant qualification will be an added advantage.
- Strong experience in training need analysis, training planning, execution, and effectiveness measurement.
- Experience in designing and implementing role-based learning and development programs.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to create professional training content, presentations, and learning materials.
- Strong understanding of employee development, competency mapping, and performance management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and HRMS/LMS platforms.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work with employees across different functions and levels.
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and stakeholder management skills.
