We are looking for an experienced Manager – Integrated Supply Chain & Logistics to lead and optimize logistics and distribution operations across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead integrated logistics operations across multiple states, ensuring timely and efficient product movement.
- Develop and manage a strong network of transporters, fleet owners, and logistics partners.
- Oversee last-mile delivery, route planning, vehicle utilization, and delivery performance.
- Manage warehousing operations, inventory movement, and distribution efficiency.
- Identify and implement cost-effective transportation models including FTL, PTL, and 3PL.
- Negotiate freight rates and manage transporter performance and service levels.
- Track logistics KPIs, identify operational bottlenecks, and drive continuous cost optimization.




- Work closely with Sales, Warehouse, Procurement, and Regional Teams to ensure seamless supply-chain operations.

What We’re Looking For

- 5–10 years of experience in FMCG logistics / supply chain.
- Strong hands-on experience in last-mile delivery and warehousing operations.
- Established transporter/vendor network with proven freight negotiation experience.
- Experience handling multi-state logistics operations.
- Strong understanding of FTL, PTL, 3PL, route planning, and transportation optimization.
- Excellent analytical, vendor management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ownership and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and operational priorities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
