? What We’re Looking For

✅ Strong Manufacturing/Plant HR experience

✅ Good team leadership & communication skills

✅ Strong knowledge of MS Office & Excel

✅ Marathi understanding preferred

✅ Excellent employee relations & problem-solving skills

✅ Proactive, responsible & robust team player
