Responsibilities:-

1) Recruitment:-

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions/business units, from manpower requisition to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Track recruitment metrics including Time to Hire, Time to Fill, Cost per Hire and offer-to-joining ratio.

1. Strategic Partnering:-

- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, and provide HR insights and solutions.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

3) Employee Relations:-

- Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions.

4) Talent Management:-





- Support the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning, career development, and performance management.
- Identify skill gaps and work with leaders to develop training and development programs.

5) Change Management:-

- Lead and manage change initiatives to improve business performance and employee engagement.
- Support leaders and employees through organizational changes.

6) Performance Management:-

- Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.
- Coach managers on performance management techniques.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to HR and business performance.

7) Compensation and Perks:-

- Work with compensation and benefits teams to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures.
- Analyze and implement benefits programs that support employee well-being and business objectives.

8) Compliance and Risk Management:-

- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigate potential HR-related risks.
