1. ROLE OVERVIEW

The role is responsible for strengthening the end-to-end Finance & Accounts function of a growing export-oriented manufacturing business, covering financial controllership, FP&A;, management reporting, treasury, working capital, profitability analysis, banking, compliance and business partnering. The incumbent will work closely with the CFO and senior leadership to ensure accurate reporting, strong controls, optimized cash flows and clear financial insights for decision-making.
1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Financial Controllership & Reporting FP&A;, Budgeting & Forecasting • Lead Finance & Accounts operations and financial close activities. • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and rolling projections.

• Prepare and review standalone and consolidated financial statements.
- Analyze actuals against budget, forecast and prior periods. • Ensure compliance with Ind AS / IGAAP / IFRS requirements. • Identify key revenue, margin, cost and profitability drivers.
- Coordinate audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Prepare variance analysis, commentary and financial models. • Strengthen accounting policies, processes and internal controls. • Support management with financial and strategic decision inputs.

Management Reporting & MIS | Profitability & Commercial Finance

•

Develop MIS, management reports, KPI dashboards and presentations covering revenue, margins, profitability, working capital, cash flow, inventory, receivables and payables, with focus on reporting quality, timeliness and automation.

Drive product/customer profitability, variance and commercial analysis, including pricing, contribution margins, cost structures, margin leakage and cost optimization,



while supporting commercial decisions and partnering with Sales, Procurement and Operations.

Treasury, Banking, Working Capital, Controls & Business Partnering

•

Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships and borrowings, including liquidity, collections, payables, inventory and financing.

•

Strengthen financial controls, compliance and processes through SOPs, automation, governance and statutory compliance.

•

Partner with CFO and business teams on financial analysis, funding, capex, capital allocation and strategic decisions.

Develop MIS, KPI dashboards and management reports covering revenue, margins, profitability, working capital, cash flow, inventory, receivables and payables, with focus on timely and automated reporting.

Drive profitability, variance and commercial analysis across products/customers, including pricing, contribution margins, cost optimization and margin leakage, while partnering with Sales, Procurement and Operations.

- 1. QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & TECHNICAL SKILLS Qualification & Experience Technical Skills • CA / CMA or equivalent professional qualification. • MBA Finance / relevant postgraduate qualification preferred. • 6–10 years of relevant finance experience. • Manufacturing / export-oriented experience preferred. • Financial accounting and reporting •
