About the Team

IPE Global’s Social and Economic Empowerment (SEE) practice works towards building girl capital, empowering women and nurturing resilient communities.



It focuses on creating inclusive and sustainable solutions including but not limited to policy development, capacity building, adaptive management, community mobilisation, behavioural change communication, deepening social safety nets, beneficiary feedback analysis, poverty assessment, and evidence-based monitoring.

SEE is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the position of Digital Manager to lead and elevate the digital presence of a high-impact, field-tested maternal and child nutrition initiative-with a bold ambition to scale its approach across India and inform nutrition programming across the Global South.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a digital communication strategy that enhances the program’s national and international visibility.
- Craft compelling, human-centered narratives that spotlight field insights, frontline voices, and impact stories.
- Use digital tools and data to map and engage audiences — from government stakeholders and development partners to media and the public.
- Lead the design and execution of integrated digital campaigns across social media, web platforms, and content partnerships.




- Identify and pursue opportunities to showcase the program on high-visibility national and global platforms — including media, digital publications, and thought leadership forums.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize digital performance metrics to inform content and campaign strategy.

As job descriptions cannot be exhaustive, the incumbent may be required to undertake other duties as determined by the Reporting manager that are broadly in line with the above key responsibilities.

Experience Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in media, communications, journalism, development studies, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- 6–8 years of experience in digital communications, ideally within public health, development, or advocacy sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing digital strategies and content plans across platforms.
- Proficiency in content creation and distribution tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, and social media management platforms
- Comfortable working in collaborative, multi-stakeholder environments with fast-moving timelines.
