Experience:

- Manager: 4+ years of post-qualification experience
- Associate Director: 8+ years of post-qualification experience
- Candidates must have experience with Big 4 firms and should have worked specifically in Statutory Audit India Practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage statutory audit engagements for clients across various industries.
- Plan, execute and review statutory audits in accordance with applicable Indian Accounting Standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact for clients.
- Review audit work,



identify key risks and ensure timely completion of engagements.
- Lead and mentor audit teams, ensuring quality and compliance with skilled standards.
- Support business development and contribute to client servicing initiatives.

Key Requirements:

- Qualified CA with relevant post-qualification experience.
- Mandatory Statutory Audit India Practice experience throughout articleship/current career.
- Prior experience in a Big 4 accounting/audit firm is mandatory.
- Strong client management, communication and team-handling skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a client-facing role.
