About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive business growth in Jaipur and the assigned territory. The role will focus on channel partner management, private project business, territory expansion, and achievement of assigned sales targets. Candidates with experience in ICU Products, Critical Care Units, and Respiratory Therapy will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and manage sales channel partners in the assigned territory to achieve business objectives.
- Generate and manage private project business and drive revenue growth in the assigned area.
- Achieve assigned quarterly, half-yearly, and annual sales targets/budgets.
- Expand territory coverage through direct and indirect sales channels, with focus on Tier 2/3/4 cities.




- Appoint and develop multiple dealers/channel partners while maintaining direct customer engagement.
- Share monthly prospects, sales performance, and business updates with the reporting manager.
- Follow up on key prospects and coordinate with the team to support successful deal closure.

Required Experience & Skills

- Experience in medical devices / medical equipment sales.
- Experience in ICU Products, Critical Care, and Respiratory Therapy is required/preferred.
- Strong experience in channel partner and dealer management.
- Proven ability to develop territories and achieve sales targets.
- Positive communication, negotiation, customer relationship, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
