Role & responsibilities

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis , industry analysis and monitor regional & national demand pattern.

- Study customer preferences, market trends and emerging business opportunities to handle product innovation and development.

- Support product development and product positioning based on market requirements.

- Analyze competitor products, pricing, schemes, distribution and marketing activities.

- Support sales strategy and business development in assigned territories.

- Support ATL & BTL marketing and branding activities.

- Identify and understand preference of potential dealers, distributors, architects, builders, contractors and institutional customers.

- Analyze dealer performance and distribution opportunities.

- Collect market intelligence on competitor pricing, schemes, incentives and new product launches.

- Prepare MIS, market research, competitor analysis and business reports.

- Present market findings and recommendations to management.

Growth Plan

- After 1 year of Management Training,



candidates will be assessed on their performance, skills and overall contribution and may be placed as a Manager or Senior Manager in Sales, Marketing or other relevant functions.

- Within 3 years, high-performing candidates can progress into senior roles in Hard-Core Sales, Marketing/Brand Management, Business Development or other strategic functions, based on their capabilities and career progression.

Preferred candidate profile

- MBA / PGDM with Marketing Specialization from B - School.

- Fresher / recently graduated MBA candidate.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and presentation skills.

- Interest in Sales & Marketing / Business Development.

- Understanding of basic marketing and branding concepts.

- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.

- Regular travel to the assigned states in line with the business requirements.

- Proactive, self-motivated and willing to learn.
