About the Role

We are looking for a Management Trainee – Product Team to support product management, business development, market analysis, customer engagement, and sales activities. The role will provide an opportunity to work closely with the Product Manager and regional teams to develop existing business, identify new market opportunities, and expand the company's product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop an assigned product portfolio for the designated region.
- Monitor sales performance and product development activities to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and develop new customers for existing products and explore new applications, industries, and business opportunities.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand requirements, identify business potential, and promote suitable products from the company's portfolio.
- Explore opportunities to increase the basket of products supplied to existing customers.
- Coordinate with internal branches and sales teams to ensure achievement of projected sales targets.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitor activities, pricing, demand, and supply conditions.
- Analyze market information and support the team in identifying future market opportunities and potential business movements.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, branches, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly,



and monthly business reports covering sales, customer visits, enquiries, developments, and market activities.
- Support the Product Manager in implementing product strategies and achieving overall business objectives.
- Undertake other product management and business development activities as assigned by the reporting manager.

Candidate Profile

- Education: Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in any relevant discipline. Candidates with a background in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields will be preferred.
- Experience: Fresher’s / candidates with relevant experience in sales, marketing, business development, product management, or chemicals may apply.
- Strong interest in B2B sales, product management, and business development.
- Good communication, negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting.
- Should be comfortable with frequent travel across India for customer and business visits.
- Should demonstrate a proactive approach, willingness to learn, and solid commercial awareness.
