- Conducting telephonic interviews of the screened shortlisted candidates.
- Sharing Clients Company job profile with the candidate, while conducting interview in detail.
- Taking consent from the candidate for the conveyed profile for face-to-face interview round with company managers.
- Sharing the profile with Client Company through mails and verbal communication.
- Lining up candidates based on shortlisting from client company side.
- Taking feedback from client company after the interview done.
- Coordinating with the client company HR Team in offer generation and documentation.
- Follow up with the candidate till joining and again till the replacement clause from the client company side
- Daily Reporting Submission of daily MIS to seniors.
