Job Brief:
We are looking for Management Trainees to organize and coordinate programs. You will provide strategic guidance to teams in ways that promote the company’s culture and oversee the progress of operations.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader with the ability to work with teams across different functions and deliver results in a timely manner. They should also be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics.
The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desired outcomes for the organization.
and executing complex projects across multiple categories and stakeholders to enable the launch of recent projects and processes.
● Adopt a structured approach to identify what problems need to be solved and break them down into smaller chunks. Prioritize what problems need to be solved now vs. later.
● Go-to-Market Planning. Create a go-to-market plan working with business stakeholders to maximize product adoption and success.
● Define category metrics and track them continuously. Identify patterns and come up with action plans to move metrics in the right direction.
Requirements:
● Fresher from Tier 1 colleges (IIT’s-IIM’s) or 1 year experience in managerial position in from similar industry will be a plus.
● Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
● Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles.
● Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
● Excellent communication skills.
● Excellent problem-solving ability.
● Multilingual proficiency and relevant state-specific language capabilities will be required.
Language & Location Requirements:
● Maharashtra-focused role: Candidates should be fluent in Marathi and based in Maharashtra
● Bihar-focused role: Candidates should have strong proficiency in Hindi and a good understanding of the Bihar region and its local context. The role will be based out of the Jarvis office in Delhi.
● Uttar Pradesh-focused role: Candidates should have strong proficiency in both Hindi and English and will work on Uttar Pradesh-focused assignments.
