Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Management Trainee with 1-2 years of experience to support management and business operations. The candidate should have strong communication, analytical, coordination, and presentation skills, along with good hands-on knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support management in business and operational activities.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and analysis using MS Excel.
- Prepare skilled PowerPoint presentations and management reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Track action items, deliverables, and project updates.
- Assist in data analysis and preparation of management insights.
- Support business initiatives, meetings, and special projects.
- Conduct research and prepare reports as required.
- Maintain proper documentation and records.
- Handle multiple assignments and ensure timely completion.

Required Skills:





- MBA / PGDM with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Solid proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to prepare management-level reports and presentations.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
- Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
