Job Requirements / Skills: Robust conceptual understanding of production planning, scheduling, and supply chain processes. High analytical capability with a structured problem-solving approach. Strong business acumen with ability to connect operational challenges to system solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to SAP ePPDS / APO and S/4HANA environments. Proficiency in Excel/data analysis; exposure to analytics tools is a plus. High ownership mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities: Work closely with senior consultants to design and implement SAP ePPDS solutions. Participate in business workshops and translate business requirements into structured functional inputs. Assist in solution design, configuration, and testing for production planning and scheduling scenarios. Support data preparation, validation, and cut-over activities during project implementations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PP, MM, SD, IT) to enable integrated supply chain solutions. Contribute to testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and ensure quality deliverables. Prepare documentation, process flows, and user training materials. Support go-live and hypercare phases while resolving issues with a proactive approach.
Educational Qualifications: MBA in Operations / Supply Chain (IIT preferred)
