Responsibilities

Participate in a structured rotational program across various departments (e.g. Accounts, Human Resources, Operations,Purchase). This will provide you with a holistic perspective of the company's functions and foster a deep understanding of our business processes

Assist senior management with day-to-day tasks and projects, gaining valuable insights into practical business applications.

- Conduct in-depth research, leverage advanced Excel/Google Sheet functionalities to comprehensively analyze data, and distill your findings into clear, concise reports that support strategic decision-making.
- Transform data into impactful presentations. You will be expected to confidently deliver these presentations to diverse audiences, effectively communicating your findings, insights, and recommendations.

Actively participate in cross-functional teams, refining your collaboration and communication skills while fostering a collaborative spirit.

Contribute meaningfully to the development and implementation of innovative processes and initiatives across business functions,



demonstrating your ability to think critically and contribute to positive change within the organization.

- Observe and learn from experienced managers and mentors, gaining invaluable exposure to various leadership styles and approaches.
