Role Description The Management Information Systems Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving the company’s information systems, including data collection, reporting, and analytics used for business decision-making.

Typical day-to-day tasks include monitoring system performance, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, generating regular management reports, and supporting departments with MIS-related insights. The executive will collaborate with operations, finance, sales, and supply chain teams to design dashboards, streamline data flows,



and implement process improvements. The role also involves coordinating with IT service providers, maintaining documentation, supporting system upgrades, and ensuring compliance with data security and privacy standards.

Qualifications

- Ability to work with data management and reporting tools, including spreadsheets, databases, and dashboards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support business decisions.
- Basic understanding of information systems, business processes, and workflow optimization.
- Proficiency in documentation, including creating reports, process notes, and standard operating procedures.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience in FMCG, food retail, or related sectors is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or inventory and sales management software is beneficial.
- Willingness to work in office in Bengaluru and adapt to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
