About the Role

We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive to manage reporting, data analysis, dashboards, and business MIS for our trading technology organization. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in MS Excel, including advanced Excel functions and formulas, and preferably have prior experience working with trading software, financial markets, stock broking, HFT, fintech, or a similar environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Manage large volumes of operational and business data with high accuracy.
- Create and maintain Excel-based dashboards, trackers, and automated reports.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, analysis, and reporting.
- Develop reports using advanced Excel formulas, functions, lookups, Pivot Tables, and other Excel features.
- Automate repetitive reporting processes wherever possible using Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect, validate, and consolidate data.
- Identify data discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by management.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting records.
- Work with data related to trading operations, transactions, systems,



or business performance.

Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in MIS / Reporting / Data Management.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
- Should be comfortable with Excel formulas/functions ("Excel codes"), including:
- VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
- INDEX-MATCH
- IF / SUMIF / SUMIFS / COUNTIF / COUNTIFS
- Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts
- Conditional Formatting
- Data Validation
- Text & Date functions
- Advanced filtering and data manipulation
- Knowledge of Excel-based reporting automation is preferred.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work with large datasets and tight reporting timelines.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Domain PreferenceCandidates with prior exposure to trading software, stock markets, financial markets, brokerage, HFT, fintech, investment banking, or other trading/financial technology environments will be preferred. Important: Candidates should have practical exposure to a trading/financial technology environment, rather than only general MIS experience.

QualificationGraduate in any relevant discipline. Candidates with a background in B.Com, BBA, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or related fields may be preferred.
