About the Role

AAFT Online is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Learning Consultant (Female Candidates) to join our counselling and sales team for our Makeup Courses.

This role is ideal for candidates who have a strong interest in the beauty and makeup industry and enjoy interacting with customers, understanding their career aspirations, and guiding them towards the right learning program.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with working professionals and prospective learners who have already shown interest in our makeup courses.
- Understand the learner's requirements, career goals, and learning needs.
- Provide detailed counselling and information about the Makeup Course, curriculum, benefits, and career opportunities.
- Conduct effective course presentations and pitch the program based on the learner's requirements.
- Follow up with interested prospects and convert qualified leads into enrolments.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure a smooth counselling-to-enrolment journey.
- Achieve assigned sales and enrolment targets.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.

Important This is NOT a Lead Generation Role

- No cold calling
- No lead generation required
- Leads are already generated and provided by the company
- Your primary responsibility will be counselling, course pitching, follow-ups, and conversion.

Requirements

- B2C EdTech sales experience is mandatory.
- Solid communication, counselling, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable speaking with working professionals and handling sales conversations.
- Proven ability to understand customer requirements and convert leads into sales.
- A genuine interest in makeup, beauty, or the beauty education industry will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with a strong interest in makeup and relevant B2C sales experience are encouraged to apply.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
