We are looking for an experienced school Maintenance Technician to manage the day to day maintenance and upkeep of the school premises.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle and coordinate electrical, plumbing, carpentry, civil, painting and general repair work.
· Inspect school premised regularly and identify maintenance requirement.
· Attend to maintenance complaints and ensure timely resolution.
· Maintain records of maintenance work, complaints, inventory and materials.
· Handle emergency maintenance requirements when necessary.
· Provide regular maintenance updates to the school administration.
Qualification and Experience
· 3-5 yrs of relevant experience in facility/maintenance management.
· Experience in School/Institutional maintenance will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
