Role Description The Maintenance Technician is a full-time, on-site role located in Aurangabad, responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of industrial equipment and systems. Daily tasks include performing routine inspections, executing preventive maintenance schedules, and completing mechanical and electrical repairs as needed. The role involves diagnosing equipment issues, troubleshooting system failures, and coordinating with production teams to minimize downtime.

The Maintenance

Technician will document maintenance activities,



follow safety procedures and regulatory requirements, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The individual will collaborate with supervisors and other technicians to prioritize work orders and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair.
- Candidates should possess robust skills in planning and executing Preventive Maintenance activities.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to read technical drawings, equipment manuals, and maintenance documentation.
- Knowledge of safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and safe handling of tools and machinery.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment is preferred.
