Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth, safe, and effective operation of our automobile showroom and service center. The role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and general facility upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and facility systems.

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize breakdowns.

- Troubleshoot and repair equipment and facility-related issues.

- Carry out minor carpentry, painting, flooring, drywall, and general repairs.

- Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.

- Conduct regular safety inspections and address potential hazards.

- Respond to emergencies such as power failures, water leaks, and fire alarms.

- Support facility upgrades, renovations, installations, and energy-saving initiatives.





- Coordinate with external technicians or contractors when required.

- Ensure the showroom and service center remain safe, clean, and fully operational.

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.

- Experience in an automobile showroom, service center, or similar environment is preferred.

- Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.

- Basic carpentry and building repair skills.

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
